Systems and CRM

One system instead of a spreadsheet, an inbox and sticky notes.

I build small companies their own apps: a CRM, a client database, bookings, PDF documents, a panel to run one process. On your domain, shaped around how you actually work. No monthly fee for the code.

1 to 2 weeks for a CRM 2 to 3 months for a business system 30 days of support after launch
Two routes

A small system in two weeks, or your whole process in one panel.

Both routes end the same way, with an app that belongs to you. They differ in scope and time. Which one fits, we decide on the call.

Custom CRM, a mini-system with a database

1 to 2 weeks
from 1,500 USDone time

An app for a small company: a CRM, a client or patient database, a booking system, a document generator, an admin panel, or a simple tool that runs one process end to end.

Who it is for

A service business of 3 to 10 people that already has clients, but the work is scattered across a spreadsheet, an inbox, a phone and a pile of notes.

Typical modules

  • a database of clients, patients or jobs
  • statuses for deals and projects
  • payments and packages
  • PDFs from your data: contracts, cards, invoices
  • dashboard, filters, admin panel, login
  • works on a phone
Example: a clinic

Client registration, treatment and payment tracking, filtering by package, and patient certificates generated in one click.

Business system, an app for the whole process

2 to 3 months
from 3,000 USDone time

An operating system for one process in your company: panel, database, business logic, matching, automations. Built with AI, which is why it is faster than an agency.

Who it is for

A company or a project with one concrete problem that a tool can solve: matching offers to clients, a CRM with its own logic, an operations panel, a booking system.

What goes into it

  • panel, database, user roles
  • the logic of your process, not a template
  • matching, for example offers to clients
  • automations between the modules
  • built with AI: faster and cheaper than an agency
Example: a transport company

An online booking form for customers and a dispatcher panel for the office, replacing a phone line and a notebook.

Why not an off the shelf CRM

You rent a seat forever, and you still bend the process to fit.

A ready made CRM is fine when your process looks like everyone else's. Most small companies find out it does not.

The problem with a ready made CRMWhat you get here
A monthly fee for every seat, foreverOne payment for the build
Far more features than you will ever openOnly the processes your company runs
Your data lives on someone else's platformHosting and code ownership agreed with you
You reshape the company to fit the toolThe tool is shaped around the company
Changes are slow, expensive or impossibleThe code can keep growing with you
Tool and planList priceA year for 5 people
Pipedrive Lite168 USD per user per year840 USD, every year
Pipedrive Growth468 USD per user per year2,340 USD, every year
Pipedrive Premium708 USD per user per year3,540 USD, every year
HubSpot Sales Starter9 USD per user per month, billed annually540 USD, every year
HubSpot Sales Professional100 USD per user per month6,000 USD, every year, plus onboarding

List prices checked in May 2026 on the Pipedrive and HubSpot pricing pages. Plans and prices change, so check them before you decide.

A custom CRM starts at 1,500 USD once. Pipedrive Growth for five people is 2,340 USD in the first year, and the same again in the second. The point is not that mine is the cheapest line on the page. The point is that you stop renting a process that was never yours.

What you get

The same in both routes: an app that belongs to you.

On your own domain

A web app on your domain, a database in the cloud, and features built around your process.

No monthly fee for the code

Code ownership is agreed before we start. Hosting and third party tools stay on your side if they are needed.

A calm launch

Two rounds of changes, 30 days of support after go live, and a short written handover.

How I work

From one call to a working system.

No tickets, no middlemen. You talk to me, and you see a preview at every stage.

Step 1 · 30 minutes

The call

Video or phone. I map your process and we find the worst bottleneck. Nothing is sold on this call.

Step 2 · scope

Agreement

What goes into the first version and what waits. The exact scope is confirmed in writing after the call.

Step 3 · days, not months

Build

I build, connect and test on your real data. A preview link at every stage, up to 2 rounds of changes.

Step 4 · 30 days

Support

Questions, small fixes, and a handover for you and the team. After that you choose how much care you want.

After launch

A system should run for years. You choose how much care it gets.

Monitoring and intake run around the clock, a human answers on business days. New modules and larger changes are quoted separately.

Technical care

  • monitoring around the clock
  • security updates
  • SSL, domain and backup checks
  • a working test every quarter

Visibility care

  • everything in technical care
  • active SEO and AI search work
  • a monthly pass and a report
  • priority support

System and AI care

  • scope follows your integrations and data
  • criticality and response time set with you
  • for systems, shops and several domains
  • ongoing development: fractional AI team

Care is optional and priced per case. Ask on the call and you get the number before the build starts.

Start here

Tell me about your process. 30 minutes, nothing sold.

You say where the time goes. I say whether it is a two week CRM or a larger system, and what to build first.
