AI-Team · Gdansk, Poland · small businesses in the EU, UK and US

An AI department for your business. Without hiring anyone.

I build the CRM, the automations and the AI assistants that do the daily work in a small company. Leads, documents, follow ups, the daily report. You pay once. The code and the data are yours.

Inbox. Posts. Contracts. Bookings. The daily report. Every day, without a hire.

Three ways in

Start with whatever hurts the most.

Prices in US dollars, published, not invented on the call. Anything larger I quote after we talk.

Custom CRM

a mini-system with a database

1 to 2 weeks
from 1,500 USDone time
  • client database, deal statuses, filters
  • contracts, cards and invoices as PDF from your data
  • admin panel, login, works on a phone
  • 30 days of support after launch, included

Care after launch is optional. Scope and price for it we agree before the build starts.

Business system

a custom app for one process

2 to 3 months
from 3,000 USDone time
  • panel, database, user roles
  • your business logic, not a template
  • matching, for example offers to clients
  • automations between the modules

For a process no ready made tool covers. Built with AI, which is why it takes months and not a year.

See the two routes

Fractional AI team

ongoing, not a project

minimum 3 months
from 1,500 USDper month
  • one new automation shipped every month
  • maintenance of the systems you already run
  • a shared backlog and one review a month
  • entry by a conversation with me only

This is the board above, running inside your company instead of mine.

How the AI department works

I also build websites and run AI workshops. Those I price per case, ask me on the call.

Built and running

Four systems that do the work every day.

Client names stay private. What the systems do is not a secret.

Lead routing

A real estate office with 5 agents. A lead from Meta goes to the next agent in the queue, with a 2 hour timeout, SMS and push. A voice callback goes out in 20 seconds.

Weekly content

A therapy clinic. Newsletter, Google posts and replies to reviews, prepared automatically. One approval a week from the owner.

Clinic CRM

A custom CRM for a clinic. Client records, packages and payments in one place, and patient certificates generated in one click.

Booking and dispatch

A transport company. An online booking form for customers and a dispatcher panel for the office, instead of a phone and a notebook.

How I work

From one call to a working system.

No tickets, no account manager. You talk to me, and you see a preview at every stage.

Step 1 · 30 minutes

The call

Video or phone. I map your process and we find the worst bottleneck. Nothing is sold on this call.

Step 2 · a PDF

AI map

Five to seven priorities: what to automate first, what to leave alone, what each one saves. Yours to keep even if you never buy.

Step 3 · days, not months

Build

I build, connect and test on your real data. A preview link at every stage, up to 2 rounds of changes.

Step 4 · 30 days

Support

Questions, small fixes, and a short handover for you and the team. After that, care is your choice.

Who does the work

Darek Szuca. One person, a whole department.

Marketer and AI practitioner from Gdansk, Poland. 10 years in marketing, 5 years building websites, systems and automations for companies across more than a dozen industries.

I work one to one with every client, with no subcontractors. I use what I sell. My own AI department sorts the inbox, drafts posts and the newsletter, and sends me a report at the end of the day. You get the same thing, shaped around your company.

Questions

What people ask before the first call.

We are in the US. Does the time difference work?

Yes. I keep 11:00 to 14:00 New York time open for calls, which is 17:00 to 20:00 in Poland. Outside those hours, email gets an answer within one business day.

Do you work in English?

Yes. Calls, documents, the system interface and the handover are in English.

Our spreadsheet is free.

A spreadsheet is free only while your time is free. A system starts to pay off when follow ups, documents and statuses go missing, and one person has to ask another where a client stands.

Why not an off the shelf CRM?

Because you pay every month for every seat, and you still bend your process to fit the tool. Here you pay once, and the tool fits the process. The numbers are on the systems page.

What if you disappear?

Code ownership and access are agreed before we start. If the code sits in your repository, any developer can pick it up. No dependency on one person.

How fast is it really?

A CRM or mini-system takes 1 to 2 weeks. A business system takes 2 to 3 months. Both start with the same 30 minute call.
